Who we are, who runs the tests and how a score is produced is on the About page. The rules we hold ourselves to are in the editorial policy.
2. What to write about
- A factual error. Quote the page and the sentence. The correction is made on the page itself, and its update date moves.
- A broker or vendor response. If you represent a product we tested, send the evidence you want considered. We publish updates under the same method as the original test.
- A reader review. Reviews are submitted on the review page itself, under the article. Email is for disputes about a published review.
- Press and research. Data requests about our tests go to the same address.
3. What we cannot do by email
We do not give personal investment advice. We do not recommend a broker or a robot for your situation. The reviews say what we measured; the decision stays yours.
Messages about a specific account with a broker go to that broker. We are not a party to your account.
